Wellbeing Therapist, Former Teacher and Broadcast Journalist
I love what I do as I am passionate about offering a natural and safe path to mental well-being that is based on neuroscience. Understanding how your brain works is key.
We all know what to put into our bodies for optimal physical health but how many of us know what we need to do (and not to do!) to achieve mental well-being and balance?
The wonderful thing is that this knowledge is not rocket science, and I want to share it with as many people as I can!

My own journey with this started when a member of my family developed a chronic pain condition which conventional medicine had little answers for, other than strong, toxic medications which offered only partial relief. When I read about the debilitating and long term effects of this condition, I felt overwhelming despair.
However, in my search to find out how treat this condition, I learnt how we can harness the knowledge of how the brain works for our physical and mental well-being.
In what seemed like a miracle at the time my family member made a complete recovery using a process that combined elements of Hypnotherapy, NLP and Osteopathy.
In the years that followed, I wanted to learn more and take that knowledge to others. I was trained by the Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy School, in the UK which is considered to be the gold standard in Hypnotherapy and is recognised as the centre of excellence for Hypnotherapy/Psychotherapy. I also took further training to achieve the US Professional Hypnotherapy Certification.
I am also a certified practitioner of “Hypnodontics”, hypnosis for Dentistry and a “Hot Women, Cool Solutions” menopause specialist practitioner.
Before this journey started I worked as a journalist at the BBC in London. After moving to Singapore I retrained as a tutor for children with Specific Learning Difficulties.
During this work I saw many children suffering from anxiety and stress. One of the most uplifting and rewarding aspects of my work is helping children and teenagers to move forward and gain control over these feelings. It is wonderful to see them happier, more in control as they begin to believe in themselves again.
I am registered with the following Professional Associations: National Council of Hypnotherapists (UK), Association of Solution Focused Hypnotherapists (UK), National Guild of Hypnotists (USA) and I am on the Executive Committee of Association of Hypnosis Professionals, Singapore and as such, am bound by their membership requirements and their Codes of Ethics.
