Do you have a sleep problem? Mind Mojo’s intern, Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience student Lucy Bedwell had a bad start on her first day! She had terrible jetlag. So here she is learning our new Sleep Protocol. After one session she is up and running with no problems getting into the office for 9am!
The reason why hypnosis is so effective in the treatment of insomnia and sleep issues is that it produces a state of deep relaxation. You can learn to relax to a point where you can unwind and stop worrying. Lucy was also taught other tools which trigger the body’s natural relaxation response such as heart math, EFT and our self-hypnosis template.
